2. Eligibility

2.1 Who Can Enter

• Must be a registered ObtAIn Fitness user with a valid account in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Must reside in a jurisdiction where this promotion is legal.

2.2 Who Cannot Enter

• Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of ObtAIn Fitness Inc. and its affiliates.
• Anyone who has had their account suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Residents of jurisdictions where skill-testing questions are required but not provided (see Section 9).

2.3 Void Where Prohibited

This promotion is void in Quebec, Canada (unless registered with Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux), and any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to exclude additional jurisdictions as required.

3. Promotion Period

The Summit Draw runs weekly, with each weekly period beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET Monday and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET Sunday (the "Entry Period"). Winners are announced within 48 hours of each Entry Period's close.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

• Log into your ObtAIn Fitness account.
• Visit obtain.tech/draw.html or the Summit Draw section in the app.
• Click the "Enter Draw" button. Each user receives 1 free entry per week.

4.2 Bonus Entries (No Purchase Necessary)

You may earn additional entries without purchase by:

• Finding Easter Eggs hidden across the website and app (+1 entry per egg found, max 6 bonus entries per week)
• Completing your Daily AI Coach Briefing for 7 consecutive days (+1 entry)
• Referring a friend who creates a verified account (+1 entry per referral, max 5 per week)

4.3 Entry Limits

• Maximum 13 entries per user per week (1 base + 6 egg + 1 streak + 5 referral).
• Multiple accounts created by the same individual to gain additional entries will result in disqualification and account termination.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Prizes rotate weekly. The prize pool for each weekly draw includes:

5.1 Prize Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No cash equivalent or transfer of prizes is permitted.

5.2 Prize Upgrade Ladder

If a winner is already on a paid tier:

• Free tier winner → upgraded to Pro for 1 month
• Pro tier winner → upgraded to Premium for 1 month (or extended Pro if Premium unavailable)
• Premium tier winner → choice of physical prize (apparel, band, or other hardware)

5.3 Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, provincial, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt. For prizes valued over $600 CAD (or equivalent threshold in your jurisdiction), we may issue a tax form.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

6.1 Selection Method

Winners are selected by a cryptographically secure random number generator from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The draw is automated and audited.

6.2 Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of entries received each week. With maximum entries (13) and estimated participation of 1,000 users, approximate odds are:

6.3 First-to-Complete Bonus

The first 3 users each week who find all 5 hidden Easter Eggs receive a guaranteed prize (minimum Premium Upgrade). This is a skill-based bonus, not chance-based.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners are notified via in-app notification and email to their registered address within 48 hours of the draw.
• Winners must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Physical prize winners must provide a valid shipping address. We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international locations.

8. Winner Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant ObtAIn Fitness the right to use their first name, city/province, and likeness (if voluntarily provided) for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. Winners may opt out of photo use by notifying us at support@obtain.tech within 48 hours of acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

ObtAIn Fitness is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• Technical failures, including server outages, app crashes, or internet connectivity issues.
• Prizes lost or damaged during shipping (we provide tracking; claims must be filed with the carrier).
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from prize use.

Our total liability for any claim related to this promotion shall not exceed the ARV of the prize in question.

11. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Official Rules or our Terms of Service.
• Uses multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or other automated means to enter.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Attempts to tamper with the draw system, randomization algorithm, or Easter Egg hunt.
• Engages in harassment, abuse, or other conduct detrimental to the promotion or other users.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Summit Draw is used solely for administration of the promotion and winner notification. We do not sell or share entrant data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.

14. Changes to Rules

We may modify these rules with 7 days' notice posted on the Summit Draw page. Material changes (prize value, eligibility) require 30 days' notice.
