You must be at least 16 years old to use ObtAIn Fitness. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
ObtAIn Fitness provides general health and fitness information powered by AI. This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or experience abnormal symptoms.
The Free plan is offered at no cost and includes basic features as described on our pricing page.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at signup. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member purchases are billed annually. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the purchase is non-refundable.
Smart rings and scales are subject to availability. We include a free sizing kit with ring orders. One free size exchange is permitted within 30 days of delivery. Hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Weekly draws are open to active free subscribers. Winners are selected randomly. Hardware winners are responsible for shipping costs. Premium winners receive instant account activation. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

All content, branding, software, and AI models on ObtAIn Fitness are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObtAIn Fitness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
